Language, appointments, travel arrangements and everyday family needs can make an unfamiliar healthcare system harder to navigate. Our role is to identify where practical support is needed and agree exactly what we can coordinate.
Our initial focus is Guangzhou and Nanjing. A listing on this website does not mean a hospital partnership, available appointment or confirmed service. We check the relevant arrangements before offering a paid scope.

We start by checking what your hospital, family and existing arrangements already cover. If there is no remaining task that needs our help, there may be no reason to purchase a coordination service.
You decide after the details are clear.
Before any paid work, you should receive the service provider’s legal identity and contact details, written scope, assigned responsibilities, service fee, payment stages and change or cancellation terms. Hospital and travel charges remain separate.
