CLEAR EXPECTATIONS
Before we make a plan.
These terms explain the website and initial enquiry. A paid service needs its own written agreement.
Initial enquiries
Submitting an enquiry is free. It does not reserve a hospital appointment, confirm interpreter availability, create a paid service contract or guarantee a response by a particular time. Do not use the form for urgent medical assistance.
Coordination and medical care
ChinaMed provides non-clinical coordination. Medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, suitability and outcomes remain the responsibility of the relevant licensed healthcare providers. Information on this website is for practical planning.
Written scope before paid work
A quotation should identify the contracting provider, agreed tasks, city, dates, language, included service hours, responsibilities, exclusions and total coordination fee. It should also state payment stages, change procedures and cancellation terms. Only proceed when these details and service availability are confirmed.
Separate costs
Hospital charges are confirmed by the hospital and paid to the relevant provider. Flights, accommodation, transport and other third-party costs are separate unless a written agreement expressly includes them. A coordination quote is not a total medical-trip price.
Changes and cancellations
The applicable written quotation must explain what happens if dates change, a hospital cannot accept a patient, or the agreed support becomes unavailable. It must identify any refundable amounts and already incurred third-party charges. There is no paid checkout or blanket refund policy on this initial-enquiry website.
Information and imagery
City information describes our initial coordination focus, not a hospital endorsement or partnership. The main garden image is illustrative. City photography is credited on the image credits page.
